The Annual General Meeting is a mandatory gathering held within six months of the end of the financial year. At this meeting, Crimson Coast Dance board members, directors, & staff will present an annual report containing information for our members about the company’s performance and strategy.
The Annual General Meeting generally contains the following:
- Reading and correction of the minutes of the previous AGM
- Approval of the audited financial statements, including reports to the board
- Receipt of committee reports not included in the financial statement
- Approval of amendments and additions to bylaws
- Call for nomination for the board and/or receive the report of the nominating committee
- Transaction of any other business
